Initial Consultation

We offer an initial complimentary consultation with no obligation. We will discuss your plans, ideas, wishes & requirements for your perfect wedding day, to suit your individual style and budget.

We will discuss how we can help turn your dreams into reality. Subsequent to our meeting we will create a bespoke proposal detailing how we can work together on planning your big day.

Design Concept

We will work together on the Design concept element, encompassing any ideas you may already have to create a colour scheme and theme. Our mood boards will assist you with visualising how your dream wedding can be achieved.

Manage your budget

We can assist you in creating your budget and break it down into more manageable detail. We will monitor your spend and manage your payment schedule.

Wedding Administration

We will create a bespoke wedding timeline with an associated monthly action plan, including a detailed schedule for on the day itself to ensure everything runs smoothly. We will undertake the management of all wedding related emails and telephone calls to ensure all the details are kept under control and on track. Throughout the planning process we will maintain regular communication with you via face to face meetings, telephone, email correspondence and Skype.

Venue Search & Selection

Based on your brief we will identify and produce a report of 3 suitable venues that best suit your requirements & arrange an accompanied visit. Once you have chosen a venue we will assist with contract negotiations.

Supplier Search & Selection    

We will consult our ‘Little White Book’ to propose a number of excellent, well respected & reliable suppliers to suit your style and budget for you to select from. We will employ our negotiating powers to achieve the best deal for you and ensure any supplier discounts will be passed on, saving you money. We will manage your suppliers by acting as the main point of contact for any correspondence, scheduling appointments and liaise with them on the day.

Guest List management

We will take care of managing your guest list, keeping track of all responses and chasing any outstanding replies. We are also able to assist with with your seating plan arrangements.

On the day co-ordination

We will be behind the scenes managing suppliers and taking care of all the finer details to ensure the day’s events all run seamlessly, leaving you to enjoy the excitement of your big day, and spend time with all your guests!

We will be present in a discreet manner from the outset, taking care of the set up right through to the start of the evening entertainment.
